Okay, how far are these bans going to go? I agree with what people have said in these articles, first it was the office space, then it was public facilities, then the total smoking ban (no more smoking in bars or eating establishments) of Lincoln, could this be far behind for us?

Welcome to modern prohibition. I think we'll find, more and more people will start behaving with smoking like the did when alcohol was banned. I could be wrong, but it is possible.

You look at movies over the past few decades, several have depicted society where smoking is banned as is anything else that is harmful to you. At this point, those of us who do smoke know the harm it causing us. It's just those petty baby boomers who decide that we don't have the right to make up our own minds on where, when, and what we do. They go so far as to sue companies over trivial stuff, and frankly, I don't think the courts should have awarded any of it.

For those who are screaming of the deaths that smoking causes, remember one thing, life is a terminal disease, some just choose to help that disease along. Let them have their rights and stop slapping them around.
