Okay, this is a sad state of affairs and one has to agree with the statement at the end of this article by New Orleans native Victor Lewis, "I've practically given up, but I think that's what they're banking on. It's simply amazing to me that they would put us back out in the street."
It's just like the government to decide what is best and how to get people to get there asses back together and move on. It also reflects that New Orleans is going to be a totally different city at the end of all of this. Wonder how the infrastructure is going to survive without 60% of it's general labours.
