Charging by the Byte to Curb Internet Traffic

Time Warner, Comcast and AT&T are all planning on moving forward with new tiers for Internet use, effectively capping high-bandwidth users (gamers, bit-torrent users, movie watchers, etc...) and adding a surcharge if you go over your limits. In my opinion, this is just a BAD move, another step away from Net Neutrality. The companies that do this will only hurt themselves in the long run. We need to stand up and preserve our unlimited access.
