Growing up on a ranch on the plains of Colorado, books were my first form of entertainment. As such, I was exposed to the classics, such as Treasure Island. Many hours were spent playing pirate with my younger brother because of that book.

Set sail in the sea of imagination and write a short story about adventure as a pirate and life at sea.
